The breakfast had a good mix of options: waffles, eggs, meat, yogurt, cereal, bread/pastries, coffee, hot chocolate, tea, milk, juice, and oatmeal. There is an older lady, with short blonde hair that was amazing at the front desk. I chatted with her several times (I misplaced my key, I needed linens for the sofa bed, I needed to reserve a separate room for my son, etc). She was so kind and helpful - she also engaged in friendly conversation and congratulated my son for graduating from Navy boot camp. The maintenance crew continuously maintained the sidewalks with all of the snow. The pool room was kept at a comfortable temp. I also appreciate that this location is dog friendly. We have a 13 year old chihuahua and we are very happy that she was able to travel with us.

breastfast was great scrambled eggs bacon boiled eggs waffles fruits coffee it was fantastic great savings until dinner. room was big, clean enough towels. indoor pool wieght room enough to break a sweat. staff was nice except when coming in early the front desk was not letting us in one hr. early had to walk up twice almost got angry at him. but got over it. now I needed print an address she help me and printed it for me. was very helpful. overall was happy with this motel. plus we went for a naval graduation ceremony and it's reasonable close. overall we had two families there we were happy with this establishment. thank you

They have a pool and a hot tub also the breakfast was good, they just over cooked the bacon. I had a tub with a slow drain I reported it and they had it fixed in a matter of minutes. The staff was very friendly. There was not carpet which I liked.

Jeremiah is absolutely AMAZING! We were there for my son's Navy bootcamp graduation and when we checked in he asked if we had our tickets. We had NO idea we had to have tickets for the graduation (my son left out that important fact lol). Jeremiah gave us all the information on what to do and where to get them-he even put the address in my phone's GPS to make sure we got to the right place. If it weren't for Jeremiah we may have very well missed my son's graduation. I would have been heartbroken. I cannot thank him enough for making sure we had everything we needed. He was so helpful and nice during our entire stay. He deserves a promotion!

The employees were very nice. Breakfast was great. Different options each day. Nice big rooms. The lemon water and couches in the lobby were nice. The 3 different entrances were great when the parking lot was full in front. The room was clean and comfortable. The area was nice with a lot of things to do close by. Not too far from Navy graduation.

pet friendly, the room clean, clean sheets the bed was very comfortable, location was good not far from downtown and not far from restaurants and taverns. a-lot of restaurants to choose from. the hotel was tucked away among larges trees

Great location near our 3 families in Grayslake. Always clean, good size rooms, staff is good and friendly. We love the heated pool and hot tub.

The location, staff was friendly and helpful, the room was nice and big, the pool and hot tub were nice. Breakfast was okay. They were quick to clear the snow from the parking lot. Overall it was a nice hotel and I would definitely stay again. I did list a few minor things I noticed while there below.
